It is great to see that a planning permission has been granted to St James Place UK PLC for the conversion of the Debenhams building in Leeds for student residential and commercial use.

Met GeoEnvironmental Ltd worked alongside CJCT architects and Stace’s Project Managers, to provide a measured survey of the existing buildings on which the new conversion is based. This provided full floor plans for the design team to work with, from basement to roof level, undertaken using traditional survey techniques and drone survey to safely capture roof details.
