At the start of the process our experienced surveyors will have a discussion with you to ensure that the survey type chosen can meet all your requirements.

The PAS128 methodology is cyclical, with a discussion at the start and end of the process to examine whether the project aims have been met or to determine if there are areas where further work is required.

The specification makes the collation of records (Type D) a pre-requisite for any of the other surveys, however types A-C can be carried out independently of one another, or in combination across a site. The specification also defines a planning process for each project, and requires a method statement, programme of works, risk assessment, and safety plan submitting for every project. The method statement should be submitted at tender stage, which allows you to ensure that a like-for-like comparison is being made when costs are being evaluated.
